Returns & Refund Policy

General Returns
Gibbzymart.com, operated by EntArch Consulting, accepts returns and provides refunds for all products.  The return period may vary for each product.  Below are the various return periods offered, 

• 15 days from delivery 
• 30 - 60 days from when order was placed.   

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

The first return from each order is Free (up to five times per month).

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gibbzymart.com with your order number and item details. We will provide instructions based on the product you purchased.  You can also reach us using the Contact link on each page.   

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Our process is centered on returns and refunds.  If you need to exchange an item,  the item would be processed as a return and refund.  Once refunded,  you can place an order for the new item.
