Returns & Refund Policy

GibbzyMart (operated by Entarch Consulting) accepts returns and provides refunds for all eligible products purchased through gibbzymart.com. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, items may be returned within 30 days from the order date.
Some products may have a different return window of 15 days from the date of delivery.
When this applies, the specific return period will be clearly shown in the Shipping & Returns section of the product page. This ensures customers always know the correct timeframe before purchasing.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- In resellable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If a product includes free return shipping, this will be clearly shown on its product page.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Item name and reason for return
Our team will provide product-specific return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
